iDrinkCoffee has a full-time service centre. Our technicians are trained and authorized to provide repairs for nearly every brand that we carry.

Which brands

iDrinkCoffee.com will only service brands that we carry. Due to the difficulty in sourcing parts, we can no longer provide service for brands that we do not sell.

Flat rates

Our rates are as follows

Based on a preset criteria, we charge a flat rate for repairs on domestic espresso machines and grinders less than 7 years old. The charges are as follows:

Espresso Machines (less than 7 years old)

Group A

Single Boiler

$250

Group B

Dual Boiler/Heat Exchanger

$400

Group C

Superautomatic/All-in-one

$300

Group D

Premium Superautomatic

$400

Espresso Machines (greater than 7 years old)

Same Flat Rate based on Group A, B, and C will be minimum charge.
Any additional parts required and labour will be charged at $105/hr (if applicable).

Grinders

Based on the model of grinder, repair charges range from $125 to $250.

Repair Exceptions

We provide service for all the brands that we carry with the following exceptions:

Behmor

Behmor covers their own warranties, please contact the manufacturer for information.

Breville

We offer service on the Barista Express BES870, Breville the Bambino, and the Smart Grinder Pro for both warranty and non-warranty repairs. Breville reserves the right to repair all other models through Breville Support whether under warranty or outside of the warranty period. KitchenAid

For technical support and repair, please contact KitchenAid (Whirlpool) Service support at 1-800-807-6777.

Jura

All repairs are handled directly by Jura. Jura machines can be brought to iDrinkCoffee.com and they do qualify for our VIM service but the actual warranty work is done offsite at Jura Canada. For information regarding service charges outside of warranty please click this link.

Moccamaster (Technivorm)

Moccamaster brewers carry a 5-year manufacturer warranty that is handled directly by Moccamaster. For warranty service, please click here to contact them directly.

Commercial Products

Is your machine a commercial product?

Although the machine is being used in your home, it may be considered a commercial product. Please click here see our commercial repair charges. The original product page of your machine will mention if it is deemed a commercial product.
