Thank you for joining us! Please, take a moment to have a read through as there's lots of information for us to share with you.
Reasons we chose a Flat Rate:
Our flat rate program is customer focused as we strive to create a "one stop solution" for repairs and maintenance. All in one package! At one cost!
Through the flat rate approach, the technician is able to:
take their experience and apply it to not only the detectable faults that led you to bring your machine in, but assess other unknown areas as well
Seamless workflow; there is no pausing along the way to confirm the next step. They just get it done!
Whether it's a thorough de-scaling, unclogging, or a full wipe down of the outside, our team will tackle all situations in one go having the equipment come out feeling completely refreshed!
7-years and older?
Your equipment has done a great job of making drinks but unfortunately over time the wiring, tubing, and connectors in your equipment does wear. If your equipment is 7 years and older then it may need a bit more work to continue making great espresso's and therefore parts and labour will be charged individually as mentioned on our repair page.
In these circumstances the technician will:
Provide an estimate to best of their ability on the work that is needed after the initial diagnosis
Update you if there are any changes to the original estimate
Based on their experience, provide insight on parts that may be worth changing given the amount you are continuing to invest in your machine
Is it time to bid your machine farewell?
Repair costs can quickly add up and it is important to keep in mind the uncertainty of failures as the machine continues to wear.
We have a trade-in program in place and it may be worth keeping in mind as you talk with the technician. Click here for more information.
What to expect from your repair:
As part of our Flat Rate program, the technician will begin to diagnose the machine based on the issue description provided and replace the necessary parts to resolve the problem. All while keeping you informed and up to date throughout the repair process!
Your machine will be thoroughly inspected using a 24 point checklist for grinders, and a 29 point checklist for machines. At the end of the repair you will receive a copy of the checklist for your peace of mind knowing that no stone was left unturned!
Please take a moment to view the checklist in advance.

Should there be build ups or blockages within the water lines, group head, steam wand, hot water tap, etc. This is covered under the flat rate fee.
Squeaky or stiff brew lever? Not a problem. In some cases the technician may find that the group head, including the brew lever, is not performing the best and would benefit from being rebuilt. We will replace the essential components within the group head to elevate the tension on the brew lever. This includes lubricating the seals and ensuring all is moving freely.
While we want to ensure all components of your machine are taken care of, we do have some limitations and restrictions when it comes to larger, less likely to have issue components. These exclusions include:
Boiler Replacements
Motors (related to grinders, rotary pumps & select brew units)
Burrs
Existing Cosmetic Damage (i.e. body panels, knobs, levers, grouphead)
At the end of the day, or the beginning of the day, your machine is what keeps you going! We strive to keep you and your family well caffeinated. And through our repair program there is no better way to keep your machine working efficiently and problem free!
