Built for cafes, restaurants, offices, and serious home setups, it pairs a 4 litre stainless steel heat exchanger boiler with Sanremo's electronically controlled hybrid ring group head, which holds precise, stable brewing temperatures and offers programmable pre-infusion for consistent extractions.

Despite its small footprint, the D8 One Pro is every bit a commercial machine. PID-controlled brew temperature, up to seven programmable volumetric doses, a digital shot timer, and automatic backflush cycles give you the workflow and repeatability of a much larger machine. Cool-touch steam wands and a programmable hot water dispenser round out a package that is as practical behind a busy bar as it is on a home counter.
