Rocket Espresso's new addition to its range of grinders, the Super Fausto, was designed primarily for commercial applications in cafes and restaurants where speed and effortless performance are essential.
It is equipped with commercial-grade 75mm flat burrs, which provide high grinding productivity (4- 5 grams/second). With a special Red Speed coating applied to the burrs, the grinder will grind more than 2,000 - 2,500 kg.
The newly developed 2.8" digital touch screen features a shot counter and three programmable portion buttons that allow for effortless portion control. The Super Fausto is ideal for quiet environments, as it is virtually silent during operation.
