If you are shipping your product in please follow these guidelines.
Please contact us with the ticket number if you have any questions
If you are shipping a coffee or espresso machine it is important that it is transported without any water inside the boiler. If you need help draining your boiler please contact us.
Also please note that we will not require any accessories with the machines, so please leave items like portafilters, drip trays, cup rails, milk frothers, etc at home. We just need the machine itself.
If you have your original shipping material from the product then it is best to reuse this. All packages sent from iDrinkCoffee.com adhere to industry shipping standards. If you do not have the original packaging please make sure that you package the product securely. UPS/Fedex/Canada Post requires that the product is immobilized inside the box (meaning that it cannot move around) with at least 2 inches of cushion all around the product. Also please make sure that you use an appropriate box for the shipping weight. For example if your product weighs 50 lbs you will have to use a 275 lbs test box if it is single walled or a 200 lbs test box if it is double walled. All approved shipping boxes will have the minimum burst test stamped on the bottom. If you have any questions about packaging please contact us. It is very important that these guidelines are adhered to because in the event of damage to your product an insurance claim will be denied if improper packaging is used. iDrinkCoffee.com is not responsible for shipping damage.
