Mavea C500 Purity Water FilterPURITY Quell ST C500 filter cartridges are designed for the catering, and vending machines.
- These filter cartridges reduce the carbonate hardness in water and thus prevent calcium deposits behind the appliance.
- Heavy metal ions such as lead and copper, cloudiness, organic pollutants and other odors such as chlorine tastes and odors residue filtered.
- Applications include coffee and espresso machines, vending machines for hot drinks and combi steamers and ovens.
Note: Mavea softeners use Hydrogen Ion exchange NOT Sodium Ion exchange!

MAVEAs PURITY C Quell Variable Head has an adjustable bypass range of 0 to 70%. This allows the end user to tune their water according to their preference. MAVEAs PURITY C Quell ST filter cartridges have been specially developed for use in the catering, vending and coffee sector to reduce the carbonate hardness in drinking water, thus avoiding scale deposits in the upstream appliance. The PURITY filter removes heavy metal ions such as lead and copper. Whilst also reducing cloudiness, organic impurities and chlorine that impair the quality and taste of the filtrate including the by-pass water.
