The Mazzer Kony G is Mazzer’s grind-by-weight conical burr grinder, built for precision and consistency in a working bar. Its 69 mm conical burrs run at a low RPM, keeping heat build-up to a minimum so the delicate flavours and aromas of your beans reach the basket intact. A built-in load cell weighs the dose as it is ground and stops the grind on weight, so every shot starts from the same place — no more guessing, no more time-based dosing drift.

The Kony G keeps Mazzer’s workhorse Kony chassis: stepless micrometrical grind adjustment, programmable dosing presets, and the quiet, low-RPM motor Mazzer is known for.
