The Eurista Knock Drawer M sits between a small knock box and a full-size knock drawer, balancing capacity and bench footprint. Ventilation holes along the length keep it dry between cleanings, the wood handle pops off so the stainless drawer is fully dishwasher-safe, and the knocking action is engineered to be noticeably quieter than typical knock boxes.

This is the Black housing with the Oak handle. 15.5 x 22.5 x 7.8 cm. It catches more than pucks: grinder residue, portafilter drips, basket wipe-down powder, all in one tidy place. Fits common espresso grinders including the Eureka New Mignon, ECM S64, and Rocket Faustino.
