The Pro 800 takes classic espresso design and mixes it with German engineering to create a machine that is going to craft drinks as you would find in an Italian cafe at home. By allowing you control over the pressure exerted on the shot, every espresso created is unique and experimental.

For steam and hot water, the 2022 version Pro 800 replaces rotary valves with joystick-style controls. The handles, as well as the handles for the brew lever and portafilter, have been handcrafted from walnut wood.

An additional visual highlight is the pine-green pressure gauge, which blends in perfectly with the classic design. The PID display is now concealed behind the drip tray.

The Profitec’s dipper boiler allows for some temperature control when paired with the hidden PID for precisely pulled shots. Paired with a commercial standard 2-hole steam tip, the Pro 800 can steam milk for lattes when the mood strikes. Its striking design will make it a focal point for any coffee station.
