Inspired by ECM’s 26-year company history and the take-over of the company by Michael Hauck from his father, this Heritage Line machine was born as a tribute to their legacy in coffee-making excellence.
Wolfgang Hauck started the story of ECM 26 years ago by designing the ECM Technika, which to this day, is still one of their most loved machines. After over ten years, it’s into the family’s second generation of beautifully designed machines with German engineering backing them up. The S-Manuale is no exception to this fine craftsmanship, with every detail being taken into account. Truly these machines are crafted for espresso enthusiasts with utmost care and quality.
The S-Manuale 64 Heritage Line takes that same attention to detail and applies it to grinding beans at home. With its stepless adjustment collar and sizeable stainless steel burrs, you can easily dial in your grind setting for whatever type of bean or roast you prefer while having plenty of room in its 500g hopper (1000g optional). It also has a height-adjustable portafilter rest so you can get it right before grinding starts - no more awkward balancing acts! And all powered by an impressive 450W motor that will have your shots pulled in no time.
