"The Bunn DBC Single Brewwise Thermofresh Brewer in Stainless Steel, with a voltage of 120/208 Volts, is a commercial coffee brewer that features Digital Brewer Control with insulated Thermofresh servers. These servers hold beverages at the optimum flavor profile for hours without the energy consumption of traditional warming plates. The brewer is capable of brewing 16.3 to 18.9 gallons (61.7 to 71.5 liters) of perfect coffee per hour. It also offers coffee extraction controlled with pre-infusion and pulse brew, digital temperature control, and a large spray-head. The coffee strength is controlled with variable by-pass, allowing for a variety of coffee strength options.

The brewer features a splash-gard funnel and optional funnel locks to improve safety. It is also capable of storing individual coffee recipes, so the operator can easily brew many varieties. The brewer is able to operate with wireless brewer-grinder interface through Smart Funnel with SplashGard.

Moreover, the ThermoFresh servers are vacuum-insulated to keep coffee hot for hours. The brewer also has an energy saver mode that reduces the tank temperature during idle periods."
