The Fetco CBS-2231 NG Single Station Coffee Brewer is a commercial-grade brewing system built for low to medium volume self serve settings such as convenience stores, cafeterias, office coffee service and specialty coffee shops.

This brewer is part of Fetco's renowned Extractor® Series, known for its reliability, efficiency, and ease of use. The CBS-2231 NG features a sleek, modern design with a user-friendly interface that simplifies the brewing process. Its advanced technology ensures consistent, high-quality coffee with every brew.

The CBS-2231 NG brews 1.0 gallon batches directly into a thermal server or airpot, and its 3.0-gallon tank keeps hot water ready so the next batch can follow right behind it. Output reaches 4.0 gallons per hour. Thermal servers, airpots and serving stations are sold separately.

One of the standout features of the CBS-2231 NG is its patented Cascading Spray Dome®, which evenly distributes water over the coffee grounds to maximize flavour extraction. The brewer also includes a pre-wet cycle that allows the coffee grounds to bloom, enhancing the overall taste and aroma of the coffee.

The CBS-2231 NG is built with durability in mind. Its stainless steel construction ensures longevity and easy maintenance. For added convenience, it includes a hot water faucet, allowing users to quickly access hot water for tea, hot chocolate, or other beverages.
