As the successor to the renowned Mahlkönig DK27, the 1827 represents a strategic consolidation of premium industrial grinding technology under the trusted Ditting name.

Designed for medium to large-scale coffee operations and roasteries, the 1827 High Volume is engineered for continuous, demanding use. With a grind capacity of up to 300 kg per hour for medium grind and 280 kg per hour for espresso, this grinder ensures your production never slows down. The 30 kg bean hopper and 200-litre collection container minimize interruptions and maximize workflow efficiency.

At the heart of the 1827 are its 180mm premium burrs, available in three configurations to match your specific needs: fully hardened special steel with 25-45 ton lifespan, steel optimized for Turkish fine grinding, or tungsten carbide burrs with an exceptional 250-450 ton lifetime. The high-precision stepless adjustment system delivers excellent repeatability, giving you ultimate control over particle size from Turkish fine to coarse filter grind.

The powerful 5,500W three-phase motor features surface cooling and high starting torque, making it ideal for the continuous operation demands of roastery production environments. Swiss engineering excellence ensures reliability you can depend on, batch after batch.
