Overview
The Eureka Mignon Crono is the filter grinder for people who like their mornings repeatable. Built on the same platform as the Filtro, it adds a 5 to 60 second timer dial so you can find the run time that matches your dose once, then simply press grind and get the same result tomorrow, and the day after that.
Its 50 mm hardened steel flat burrs spin at 1350 RPM and are tuned for drip, pour over, and press, with Eureka's patented stepless micrometric adjustment letting you shift grind size in the smallest increments imaginable. The ACE system tames clumps and static for a clean pour from the grounds bin, and the 150 g hopper with a slim 12 cm wide body keeps the Crono right at home on any brew bar.
