A 0.5 L stainless boiler is deliberately small so the jump from brew temperature to steam temperature is quick, and independent PID control holds both setpoints to within 1 degree C.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOperation moves to an OLED display with a rotary encoder: turn to navigate, press to confirm, no button combinations. Pre-infusion is programmable in the menu with separate active (pump) and passive (soak) phases, and the screen doubles as a shot timer with a lifetime shot counter. The single rotary valve and wand dispense both steam and hot water.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePolished stainless is finished with blue accents on the pressure gauge and rotary valve.
