  • Please report any shipping damage within 3 business days of receiving your shipment. Although shipping damage is rare, if it does happen, we want to report it to the courier immediately.
  • Keep all original packaging materials. This is imperative. If you need to return this item or make a future warranty claim, you will need the original packaging to send the item back. iDrinkCoffee.com will not be responsible for any damage to items that do not have 100% of their original packaging materials—both exterior and interior.
  • Items returned without their original packaging materials are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
